Stretch Wrapping Machines
Stretch wrapping machines pull the stretch film around the product and
seals the edges. It is used when the product needs to be held together
tightly for the purpose of transportation. This wrapping also provides
protection against dust during transportation and warehousing. It is used
for the bundled or palletised products to be transported.
The stretch film gives support to the packs and protects against humidity,
dirt etc. The films or foils are stretched to their maximum capacity before
binding. The technique is used for general dust proofing and water proofing
of the products and pallets. The pre stretching of the film helps in the
economical use of the stretch material.

In a semi-automatic stretch wrapper, upgradation can be done to the
control panel, base and the carriage of the stretch film wrapper at
any time. The tower height of the stretch film wrapper can also be
changed at any time.
- Automatic Stretch Wrappers
Automatic stretch wrappers are designed to maximize throughput and
efficiency. They take care of everything except the change of the
roll of the film.
