Seal Checking Machines

Seal checking machine checks the integrity of package seals and rejects faulty packages. This machine tests the strength of porous and non-porous packages using inflation tests like burst and creep. The pressure decay leak test on non-porous packages checks the integrity of the package seals. Accessories like the closed package fixture, open package fixture and restraining plate fixture allow better inspection.

Heat seal checking machines inspect the heat seals of the packages and can determine the exact location of the defect. The non-contact ultrasonic inspection is used here. The technique allows inspection of trays, blisters and all types of pouches of paper foil or film.
