Pallet Strapping Machines
The pallet strapping machines apply the straps around the loading unit.
Types
Depending on the function and the configuration, strapping machines are
of following types
- Vertical Strapping Machine
Vertical strapping machine applies the strap vertically around the
loading unit. The strap can be metallic or plastic. The machine may
have a sword unit to penetrate the voids and allow the straps to
secure the product to the pallet. The equipment generally has the
facility of cross strapping and twin strapping. It can be provided
with rails if the product requires more than one vertical strapping.

- Horizontal Strapping Machine
Horizontal strapping machine applies a strap, horizontally around a
loading unit. The straps can be metal or plastic. The machine can be
programmed to strap any number of horizontal straps.
- Pallet Compression Strapping Machine
Pallet compression strapping machine compresses a palletized load
before applying a series of straps to secure the load. It has the
vertical strapping system and the sword unit for securing the load.
The twin swords allow multiple and cross strapping. The machines
allowing cross strapping come with a conveyor and turntable to
rotate the product.
