Heat Sealing Machines
These machines seal a package generally of plastic by applying heat. It is
a convenient system for packing tools, medical supplies, samples, chemicals,
confectionery and other food products. It consists of a bench top and a heat
seal press. The package is placed on the bench top and applied the heat
press that seals the ends. The heat sealing temperature and pressure can be
adjusted as per the requirement. Some may have alarm for error diagnosis.
The process is commonly used for pouch and sachet sealing. The more sophisticated models may have dual heating elements and pressure rollers.
