Fill Height Inspecting Machines

Fill Height Inspecting Machines Fill height inspecting machines detect the level of fill in a container and rejects containers that fall outside pre-set values.

Mechanism
These machines are based on X-ray imaging. Fill height inspecting machines can be installed on the filling lines. The filled package is inspected vertically and horizontally and is equipped to make individual decisions for each container. The machine accepts or rejects the package on this evaluation. There are certain machines that involve scanning as well as filler valve tracking systems. The under filled and overfilled containers are automatically rejected. They can inspect glass metal and plastic containers for liquid, solid and semisolid products. The machines have appropriate detection of foam in the liquids.

There are fill level inspection systems based on radio frequency fill detection. This process immediately identifies under fill and overfills conditions. They are preferred for glass or plastic bottles and the radio sensors can be adjusted for the container material.

Benefits
  • The machine can be used for both glass and plastic bottles.
  • It is more economical than the other two processes.
  • The electromagnetic fill level inspection machines saves one from the use of X-ray related issues.
Applications
  • Food and beverage
  • Cosmetics
  • Chemicals and pharmaceuticals
