Case Sealers

Case Sealers Case sealers are integrated with the packers because they are a part of case erecting and final sealing cycle. They can perform the function of overlapping the flaps or sequential folding. Case sealers can adapt to top and bottom seal by multiple folding or hot melt glue seal or cold glue sealing.

The case sealers may be for top seal only or for both top and bottom seal. The flap folding feature and platen compression ensures perfectly jointed and well-aligned flaps.

Mechanism
The product filled cases are inserted into the case sealer and the machine closes the top flaps with either tape or hot melt glue.
