Case Packers
Case Packers are used to automatically collate and load products into
corrugated boxes, returnable plastic totes, or other shipping containers.
Case erectors are integrated into these machines. Multiple layers of a wide
range of products can be packed using case packing machines. They are heavy
duty machines and have a tubular steel frame.
The product can be grouped and packed in many ways :
- End load / Horizontal load case packing machine
groups packages together and loads them horizontally into side
seamed cases which are closed within the machine.
- Top load case packing machine groups packages
together and loads them vertically through the top of side seamed
cases which are closed within the machine.

- Bottom load case packing machine groups
packages together and loads them vertically through the bottom of
side seamed cases which are closed within the machine.
- Automatic Case Erectors and Bottom Sealers are
used in packaging operations that require corrugated boxes ready for
filing with the bottom flaps folded and sealed. The automatic case
erector system is required when high speed packing operations are
required. The cases may then be filled with bottles, jars, bags or
even the loose product. The sealing can be done using pressure
sensitive tape, hot melt glue or staples.
