Case Loaders
Case loaders are the machines that are used for packing case-ready things
into shipping containers. They are designed to automatically load all
case-ready tray sizes into shipping containers. They are stainless steel
machines.Case loaders can receive cases from front, rear, or side. They are able to handle corrugated cases, corrugated trays, or returnable plastic totes. An optional module inserts a corrugated or chipboard pad between tray layers as they are being loaded.
Case loaders have an operator interface that allows the operator to instantly add, delete, or change any of the shipping container. Optional control outputs are available to support labeling for shipping containers. The machine consists of a pick table and a pick head assembly that moves a complete layer into the shipping container.
The machines have a case erector for high speed operations. The machines are adjustable to a range of case sizes and loading or packing patterns.
