Cap Sealing Machines
Cap sealing machines are heated press sealing machines commonly used for
sealing plastic bottles and containers foil or paper containers. The process
involves applying pressure to the cap and foil to film for a regulated time.
This softens the coating on the foil cap around the container neck and makes
them fuse. These machines are also used for hot stamping. These machines are
manual as well as automatic.

- Multi-head Aluminium Cap Sealing Machines
These machines are considered more suitable for the pharmaceutical
industry and they work on the same above referenced process.
- Induction Cap Sealing Machines
It is a non contact process where in the seal is applied to the
opening of the container. This is a leak proof seal and cannot be
tampered with. It enhances the products shelf life as it makes the
container airtight. Sealing head dimensions and heights are
adjustable as per the container. It comes with control panel,
indicators and interface panel. The machines are either water-cooled
or air-cooled. Some of the advanced models have a microprocessor to
control and monitor the process.
